Our Belief
"The Pro Fights Back" is a campaign that has been initiated by Foremost Golf Ltd and RetailTribe to assist the green grass PGA Professional with a retail operation. This is an inclusive campaign and we would like to welcome anybody else with the same ethos and purpose to join with us.
The purpose of this campaign is to promote the message that the green grass PGA golf professional is not only ‘good for golf' but is actually in a very advantageous position when it comes to golf retail:
- The PGA Professional is a QUALIFIED and ENDORSED expert who understands the golf swing, the golfer and the equipment and accessories,
- The PGA Professional is at the golf club, but is most importantly KNOWN by many, most or even all of the members and regular golfers,
- Whether it is a golf ball, a Driver, a set of Irons, a Wedge or a Putter the PGA Professional can SELECT THE RIGHT OPTION for the Golfer from the bewildering choice that is now offered,
- The PGA Professional understands how to PERSONALIZE and CUSTOMIZE the golf equipment to work perfectly for the golfer,
- The golf club has the facilities to conduct a fitting with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE in the outcome because the product can be visibly tested,
- The PGA Professional is always available to the golfer to resolve queries, give advice, offer coaching. In fact the PGA Professional is the golfer's personal GOLF GURU.
Not only do we have the challenge of communicating these facts to the members and golfers but there is a feeling amongst more and more PGA Professionals that these advantages are NOT enough.
This site will therefore dedicate itself to highlighting the fact that a PGA Professional, who focuses on being "the #1 Relationship Retailer delivering expert value" to the members and golfers, can succeed in on-course retail whatever the High Street or Internet Retailer may do.
