At Foremost Golf we want you to be able to shop when and where you choose.

Our ‘Click & Collect’ service provides a convenient option of having your order delivered to one of our 950 stores in the UK, making it the most convenient online shopping service available for your golf retail purchases in the UK.

IT DOESN’T MATTER HOW BIG OR SMALL YOUR ORDER IS, WE WILL GET IT TO YOUR CHOSEN STORE FREE OF CHARGE!

 

How it works

(1)    Choose what items you want to purchase

www.foremostgolf.com gives you the opportunity to browse through a huge range of golf product from the industry’s leading golf brands.

 

(2)    Go to the checkout, select ‘Collect in Store’ as your desired ‘Delivery Method’ and choose the most convenient collection point for you, then proceed to make payment of your goods.

 

(3)    Order Confirmation Email

After payment of your purchase, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email with full details of your purchase as well as all the details you will need for collecting your goods from your chosen location.

 

(4)    Order is Ready for Collection Email

Once your order has arrived at your chosen location and is ready for collection, you will receive another email ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ this means you will now be able to go and pick up your order. PLEASE REMEMBER to bring your ‘Confirmation Email’ and proof of Identification when collecting in store. You should contact your chosen professional (details will be available in your ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email) to arrange a convenient date & time for you to collect your order before arriving in store.

What can I have delivered to my chosen store?

Our Click & Collect option is available on all items and orders placed via www.foremostgolf.com

There is no minimum order value and all Click & Collect orders are carriage free.

 

How long will it take before I can collect my order?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes between 2 – 5 working days for the items to become ready for collection, we will send you an email the moment it's ready to be picked up.

Please don't arrive before you receive the ‘Order is Ready for Collection' email as your order may not yet be in store and you could be disappointed!

  
How will I know when I can collect my order?

When your order is ready for collection we will send you an email to let you know.

PLEASE REMEMBER to bring your ‘Confirmation Email’ and proof of Identification when collecting in store. You should contact your chosen professional (details will be available in your ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email) to arrange a convenient date & time for you to collect your order before arriving in store.

  
My order is ready to collect, what do I need to bring with me?

Once you have received your ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email, simply arrive at your chosen store, making sure to bring the following or else we may not be able to release your order.

:: A print out of your ‘Order Confirmation’, or ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email as proof of purchase. 

:: A valid form of photo ID (e.g. Passport/Driving license etc.)

If you don't have any photo ID then we will require proof of name and address (e.g. bank statements/utility bill etc.) dated within the past 3 months.

  
Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect on your behalf, however they will need to bring in the following:

:: A print out of your ‘Order Confirmation’, or ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email as proof of purchase. 

:: A valid form of photo ID (e.g. Passport/Driving license etc.)

If you don't have any photo ID then we will require proof of name and address (e.g. bank statements/utility bill etc.) dated within the past 3 months.

  
How long do I have to collect my order?

If you haven't collected your purchase within 7 days of our ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email, then we will try and get in touch with you to remind you of your purchase. If, another 7 days pass, then we will have to return your goods to our head office / warehouse, whereby we will get in touch to make arrangements, our re-direction order charge of £9.00 will apply.

If you wish to extend the holding period of your purchases, then give us a ring on +44 (0) 333 121 0131 or send an email to webadmin@foremostgolf.com and let us know when you will be able to make it in.

  
What if I arrive to collect my order and I don't want it anymore?

If you come to collect your order, and for any reason you don't want it (e.g. clothing doesn't fit, product is damaged or it isn't as expected) then just let the shop staff know and they can arrange for the Foremost ecommerce team to process a refund for you.

  
Please note that we are unable to refund any Click & Collect orders directly in store.
