What Courier Do We Use?

Depending on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order we will either use FedEx, DHL or Royal Mail.


Is My Order Tracked?

Yes, you will be able to track your order. If you left your mobile number as the contact number or email address when placing your order, you will receive SMS/email delivery updates directly from the courier.


When Do Deliveries Take Place?

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm with the exception of Saturday delivery services where goods will be delivered between 8am and midday. 


Can I Request Special Delivery Instructions?

Unfortunately, we are unable to take special delivery instructions during the order process.


What Happens If I Am Out When The Courier Attempts To Delivery?

If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods the courier will leave an attempted delivery card. This card will contain the contactable number for the courier, which you can call to re-arrange delivery or collect the parcel from the relevant depot/post office.
