Order process

To help you keep track of your order, we will:

  • Send a confirmation email to confirm your order.
  • Send a despatch email to let you know your parcel is on its way.
  • DPD (our courier) will send an email advising you of the day your delivery is due.
  • DPD will also send an email and text detailing a 1 hour delivery time slot (UK customers only) If this time is not convenient then you can change the delivery day or request delivery to a safe place or neighbour.
  • If there is no one available to sign for your parcel and you have not requested to leave it in a safe place, the driver will leave a calling card with instructions to rearrange your delivery. This can also be arranged by downloading the free DPD smartphone app, which allows you to change your delivery preferences and rearrange any DPD deliveries at your convenience in seconds.

How it works

Having selected the items you wish to purchase, continue to the checkout process. Select ‘FREE Click & Collect’ as your desired ‘Delivery Method’ and choose the most convenient collection point for you based on your Town or Postcode, then proceed to make payment of your goods.

Following completion of your order, you will receive an ‘Order Confirmation’ email with full details of your purchase, including your chosen collection location.


When will my item be delivered?

Once you have placed your order, it usually takes between 2 – 3 working days for the items to be ready for collection (*subject to stock availability). We will send you an email the moment your items are ready to be collected.

Please don't arrive before you receive the ‘Your Order is Ready for Collection' email as your order may not yet be in store.


Order is Ready for Collection

Once your order has arrived at your chosen location and is ready for collection, you will receive another email saying ‘Your Order is Ready for Collection’. This means you will now be able to collect your order.

PLEASE REMEMBER to bring your ‘Confirmation Email’ and proof of identification when collecting in store. We recommend that you contact your chosen professional to arrange a convenient date & time for you to collect your order. Details of your collection point are given in your ‘Order Confirmation’ and ‘Your order is Ready for Collection’ email.


How long do I have to collect my order?

If you haven't collected your order within 7 days of our ‘Your Order is Ready for Collection’ email then we will attempt to get in touch with you to remind you of your purchase. If another 7 days pass, we will have to return your goods to our warehouse, whereby we will attempt to get in touch to make further arrangements.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?

Yes, someone else can collect on your behalf. However, they will need to bring in the following:

  • A printout of your ‘Order Confirmation’ or ‘Order is Ready for Collection’ email as proof of purchase.
  • A valid form of photo ID, e.g. Passport/Driving license.
  • If you don't have any photo ID then we will require proof of name and address, e.g. bank statements/utility bill dated within the past 3 months.


What if I arrive to collect my order and I don't want it anymore?

If you come to collect your order and for any reason you wish to return it, e.g. item doesn't fit, product is damaged or it isn't as expected, just let the shop staff know and they can arrange for our Customer Service Team to process a refund for you or an exchange if you prefer. Please leave the item/items in-store with the return slip completed and we will arrange collection from store. Once in receipt of your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. If you have chosen to exchange your item/items, these will be delivered directly back to the store and you will be notified when the item/items are ready for collection.

Please note that we are unable to refund any Click & Collect orders directly in store.
