If you purchase an item from Foremostgolf.com that, for any reason, fails to satisfy your requirements, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase as long as it is new, unused and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers and personalised items.

We’ve extended our returns window just for the festive season. Gifts you buy up until 24 December 2017 can be returned up to 28 January 2018
We're sorry that we can't provide gift receipts for online purchases. All our other terms and conditions apply to exchanges and refunds.
What Does This Mean To You?
If a product fails to meet your expectations, return them to us and, depending on your wishes, we will:
- Credit you the full value of the goods to be used against a subsequent purchase.
- Arrange a full refund on the product, including the original delivery charge, payable by the original method used to buy the goods.
In the EU, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days. This 14 day "cooling off" period begins on the day you receive your purchase.
You can choose to cancel your order for any reason within this timeframe - even if you simply changed your mind.
Foremost Golf will issue you a refund within 14 days of receiving the unwanted, unused item or items. This refund will include any shipping charges you paid when you made your purchase but not the return shipping charges.
Returning Your Items
Package your items safely and securely - use the original packaging if this is possible and complete the returns document enclosed with your original order (please take a copy for your records).

FREE Drop Off to Store
You can choose to drop off your return package FREE to your nearest Foremost Professional, who will organise the return for you. Click here to find your nearest Foremost drop off/collection point. Please make sure that your package is secure and return slip is enclosed.
Return via Royal Mail/Courier
You can use a reputable courier or Royal Mail recorded delivery. We recommend for larger goods that you use a courier and recorded delivery for smaller items. We are unable to accept responsibility for goods lost in transit on their way from you to us if not returning via store drop off.
If your goods are large, heavy items such as bags and batteries and are faulty, we can arrange for a replacement to be sent to you and have the original goods collected by our couriers at the same time. We call this a Swap Out (Swap Outs are available to UK mainland customers only).
To speed up the returns process, please keep your receipt, delivery note or proof of purchase.

Home Delivery and Click & Collect Orders
If you come to collect your order from a store and, for any reason, you wish to return it, i.e. items don't fit, product is damaged or product isn't as expected, just let the shop staff know and they can arrange for our Customer Service Team to process a refund or exchange for you.
Please leave the item/items in-store with the return/exchange slip completed (please take a copy for your records). We will arrange collection from the store for you. Once in receipt of your returned items, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days.
If you have chosen to exchange your item/items via Foremostgolf.com then these will be delivered directly back to the store, if you have chosen Click & Collect or Home Delivery. You will be notified when the item/items are either ready for collection or dispatch for home delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item for goods in-store, this can be arranged. Please let shop staff know so they can make contact with our Customer Service Team.
Please note that we are unable to refund any Click & Collect orders directly in store.
Foremost Golf Ltd holds no liability (outside the normal warranty given by the manufacturer) with regard to the return of any goods, purchased by a consumer, which currently conforms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.
We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalised items.
If you received a free gift or voucher with any item you are returning you must also return the free gift/voucher, otherwise, we will not be able to process any refund/credit. If you have received a voucher due to purchasing an item then this voucher will be void if the purchased item is returned for a credit/refund.
