Returns

Easy Returns - Shop with Confidence

If you change your mind about anything you buy online, simply return the item(s) unused with all labels still attached and in their original packaging within 30 days of your collection/delivery date for a full refund, exchange or replacement. We cannot accept returns on personalised items.

*Kindly be aware that you are responsible for any returned product until we receive it and one of our team members acknowledges its receipt.

 

How to return
Please complete the returns form that is included in your parcel.

Alternatively, you can register your return by emailing returns@foremostgolf.com or by calling 0800 500 3194 (Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm) quoting your name, order number, the items you are returning, and the reason for your return. Please also let us know your preferred return route.

You can of course try an item on like you would in a shop, but please don't wear it for longer than required. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund and we will reject the return and send the item back to you. In order to receive your full refund, all the items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition, you received them. This includes the original packaging with all the tags and labels still attached (e.g shoes returned in the original shoe box - The shoe box should be placed in a bag or a bigger box, DO NOT put any tape/labels on the shoe box itself as this makes it unsuitable for return!).

Important Note: If you're returning to your local pro shop, please ensure the parcel is packaged up and ready to go. It is not the Professional's responsibility to package your return.

Return FREE to store - recommended for larger items

Return FREE by Royal Mail
We offer FREE Royal Mail returns service using the label included within your parcel. Alternatively, if you call or email us to register your return, we will email you a FREE returns label. Please follow the instructions on the email. To find your nearest Post Office, please visit www.postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder

 

Refunds
We aim to process all refunds within 48 hours of receiving your return item(s) as long as the product is unused with all labels still attached and in their original packaging.

 

Additional notes
Foremost Golf Ltd. holds no liability (outside the normal warranty given by the manufacturer) with regard to the return of any goods, purchased by a consumer, which currently conforms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.

We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers, custom-fit golf clubs and personalised items.

If you received a free gift or voucher with any item you are returning you must also return the free gift/voucher, otherwise, we will not be able to process any refund/credit. If you have received a voucher due to purchasing an item then this voucher will be made void if the purchased item is returned for an exchange/refund.
