Easy Returns - Shop with Confidence

If you change your mind about anything you buy online simply return the item(s) unused and in their original packaging within 30 days of your collection/delivery date for a full refund, exchange or replacement. We cannot accept returns on personalised items.

How To Return
Register your return by emailing or call 0800 500 3194 (Monday - Friday 9am to 4:30pm) quoting your name, order number, the items you are returning and the reason for your return. Please also let us know your preferred return route.

Return FREE via DPD Local Returns
We offer FREE DPD shop returns. Once your return request has been received with Foremost Golf Ltd., we will email you a FREE returns label, please follow the instructions on the email. To find your nearest DPD collection location, please visit

Return by Royal Mail
You can choose to return your item by Royal Mail at your own cost. We recommend that you obtain a receipt from the post office as proof of postage. Foremost Golf Ltd. are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

We aim to process all refunds within 24 hours of receiving your return item(s) as long as they are new, unused and in their original packaging.

Additional Notes
Foremost Golf Ltd. holds no liability (outside the normal warranty given by the manufacturer) with regard to the return of any goods, purchased by a consumer, which currently conforms to R&A or USGA regulations but may not do so in the future due to changes to the rules set by the governing bodies of the game.

We cannot accept returns on used merchandise, special offers, custom fit golf clubs and personalised items.

If you received a free gift or voucher with any item you are returning you must also return the free gift/voucher, otherwise, we will not be able to process any refund/credit. If you have received a voucher due to purchasing an item then this voucher will be made void if the purchased item is returned for an exchange/refund.
